The TEC1-12715 Thermoelectric Peltier Cooler Module is a high-current solid-state cooling device designed for electronic cooling, temperature control and DIY thermoelectric applications. When DC power is applied, the module transfers heat from one side to the other, creating a cold surface on one side and a hot surface on the opposite side.
With its standard 40 × 40 mm size and 12V operation, the TEC1-12715 is suitable for mini cooling systems, semiconductor cooling, temperature-controlled enclosures, laboratory setups and custom refrigeration projects. For proper operation, the hot side should always be used with a suitable heatsink and active cooling fan to dissipate heat efficiently.
